Refunds determination will be complete through the original mode of payment only, later studying the terms and conditions practical to the chosen service/ product.
- If a user is enrolled in a training that has stood reserved by Sense Academy, he/she will be permitted to 100% refund or will be allowed to take equivalent value of services in interchange.
- In any circumstances, user is incapable to join the training due to personal causes and intimate 15 working days prior to Batch schedule, 100% refund will be managed.
- In any circumstances, user appeals termination within 15 days of training start date, an Organization charge of INR 5000 + 18% GST will be taken from the deposit.
- Refunds determination will be complete through the original mode of payment only, after studying the terms and conditions applied to the chosen service/ product.
- Refund determination will be managed within 7-10 working Days, post sanction.
Retake Policy
- The user fill the Interim and Final Feedback form to gain Post-training Facilities else redo policy will be ineligible/reschedule.
- Escalation /Any feedback might be shared before 30% of the class is over to gain other REDO Batch.
- If a user is not gratified with the training and has elevated his feedback as per Points 1 and 2, He/she will be accredited to take the retake only within 3 months afterward his/her first batch finish date. No Free Retakes determination is allowed after this window.
- If a user is incapable to clear the exam on the first try, He/she can take a free redo in the next accessible batch within 3 Months after the Exam result date or First batch joined. The retake requirements post 3 months’ window will be indictable at 50% of base fees plus taxes.
- 80% of attendance is obligatory in real batch enrolled, to succeed for review or redo sessions.
- In any circumstances of Medical Emergency or any Inescapable situation, one rearrange is allowable as per mutually suitable schedule. All more rearrange will be charged at 100% of actual fees.
